Sabor a Mole | $55

Students will learn tips, techniques, and will be walked through step-by-step in this hands-on mole class. Mole is a beautiful intricate sauce, savory and sometimes sweet. Mole, Molli or Mulli, the word for sauce in Nahuatl, is not just a chocolate sauce, but a complex synchronization of seeds, plantains, chiles, tortillas, spices, and more. It is important to note, not all moles are equal, they come in assorted colors and textures and vary from state to state. Guest Chef, Jonathan Perez of Macheen and El Distrito and Birote Deli.
